What should I check before purchasing?
Review the description, features, requirements, Django and Python versions, database, frontend stack, documentation and the selected license.
Where can I find my purchases?
Paid orders, downloads and active licenses are available inside your customer dashboard.
What is DjangoMart?
DjangoMart is a marketplace for ready-to-use Django projects, components and templates offered under clear digital licenses.
Do I need an account to browse products?
No. You can browse public listings without an account. An account is required to purchase, download, manage licenses or contact private support.
Can I use one license on multiple websites?
Only when the purchased plan permits it. Check the site limit shown on the product license and on the Licenses page.
May I resell the source code?
Not unless the selected license explicitly includes resale rights. Most licenses permit using the product in an end project, not redistributing the source as a competing item.
Can I get a refund because I changed my mind?
Normally no, because digital files are made available immediately. Refunds are reviewed against the published eligibility criteria.
How do I request a refund review?
Open a support ticket with the order number, issue details, environment and reproduction steps. The team may ask the seller to help diagnose the problem.
How do I publish a product?
Create a seller account, complete your profile, add the product content, license plans and release file, then submit it for marketplace review.
When do seller earnings become available?
Earnings and availability are shown in the seller dashboard. Availability may depend on transaction completion and the marketplace review period.
What information should a support ticket include?
Include the product and version, environment, steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result and the complete relevant error message.
How can I ask a seller a product question?
Use the support tab on the product page. For order, license or private account information, use a customer support ticket instead.
